I took the 2GB card back, expecting a refusal, as companies can be
a bit iffy about used electronic components. But the staff were quite
happy to swap it for a 4GB, saying that they often get cards returned.
and that at times they're the faultiest product they sell. So, grrr for the
time wasted but this new card does format and the WAV player does
actually work and will soon be annoying museum staff with medleys of
100-year-old vaudeville songs ;-)
