The list is a community. If you want to wear a mask and hide from the list members then there are solutions you can implement on your end to resolve your personal privacy issues. Don't come to the list and ask EVERYONE to wear a mask just because you have some privcay issues that can be resolved simply by wearing a mask yourself. As a public list one must recognize that if one participates they may be bothered by others inside and outside the community merely because of their participation in the community. There are solutions to limit or eliminate the external exposure at the client side, which I argue is the best place to deal with it. The community is founded on people, and anything that puts walls between community members must necessarily negatively affect the community. But at the end of the day, ALL these issues can be solved at the client end with no change to the list for those few people who cannot deal with the side effects and exposure that belonging to the list entails. -Adam -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
