I've never used this email for anything other then the PICList, and I get
spam.

If the e-mail addresses must be left in the messages, why not obfuscate
them? E.G. nathanN0piclistATgmailSPAMdotcom? It would take only a few
seconds to take the unnecessary characters out.. Or maybe that wouldn't be
sneaky enough trick spam bots?
