Since I have Gmail I have very little problems with spam -- most of the problems are that there are some false positives, so every day I just have a quick look at the spam folder to see if there is a legit mail there, then mark them as "not-spam" and then delete all spam messages. Every week I found 1 or maye 2 false positives like this and most of them are from Piclist for some reason, but then those are already labeled by the filtering as PIC so it is very easy to spot. With false negative, I hardly could remember when was the last time I got one.
