EZ-USB FX2LP is probably one of the most popular USB Hi-Speed MCUs. But the core (8051) limits its usage for some applications. For the AVR 32, only the AP7 Application Series (more like a MPU than MCU) has Hi-Speed USB. The UC3A/B/L do not have Hi-Speed USB. http://www.atmel.com/dyn/products/devices.asp?family_id=3D682 Atmel has the new SAM3U ARM Cortex M3 based MCU which has Hi-Speed USB. http://www.atmel.com/products/at91/sam3landing.asp?family_id=3D605 If you consider device more like MPUs (eg: AVR32 AP7), then there are more choices. For example NXP has the LPC3130/3131. -- = Xiaofan http://mcuee.blogspot.com -- = http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
