EZ-USB FX2LP is probably one of the most popular USB Hi-Speed
MCUs. But the core (8051) limits its usage for some applications.
For the AVR 32, only the AP7 Application Series (more like a MPU
than MCU) has Hi-Speed USB. The UC3A/B/L do not have Hi-Speed
USB.

If you consider device more like MPUs (eg: AVR32 AP7), then there
are more choices. For example NXP has the LPC3130/3131.
