I'd like to build myself a few general-purpose USB-CAN adapters rather than=
 spending the $100+ prices of the the cheapest commercial (e.g. Easy-Sync) =
units I've been able to find.

I've found a design utilizing Atmel and Phillips parts that is some years o=
ld, but I'd really like to use Microchip parts.=A0 Being a hardware person,=
 I'm looking for a design with firmware already designed.

Does anybody know of something like this out there anywhere?=A0 Or can anyb=
ody offer advice as to where I should be looking?
