The max for bulk is 64 bytes per transfer.  Isochronous can be bigger if I
remember right.  If nothing else is going on, then the host controller will
use up the remaining bandwidth giving you the opportunity to perform more
transfers per frame.  In other words, bulk gets all the left over bandwidth,
which is most of it unless you're running something like a streaming audio
device.
