When we go in to sleep mode, some stuff needs to remain powered, some does not. For some stuff, we are doing linear regulators from +5 down to +3.3V. I looked at using regulators with enable pins. But, we still need to switch the other voltages. A quick look at negative regulators did not turn up any with enable pins. So, at this point, I'm using two P-FETs for the positive switches and an N-FET for the negative. Thanks!
