Any basic tips for how to optimize a supply for high efficiency at low  
power, rather than high power?  You'd think there would be info coming  
out of the "less than 1W standby power" edicts for consumer devices  
(though that doesn't necessarily mean high efficiency during standby,  
I guess.)
