Try to remember that people only know about your situation what you tell
them.  Organize your thoughts before posting.  That not only will make your
post more clear, but also will cut down on you being dismissed as a waste of
time.

New versions are available via free download.  There have been many
significant changes since version 5.  Trying to diagnose problems with such
a archaic version is a waste of time.  No thanks.
