Luis:

Please check the data sheet.  I have used this part and it is only good to
its' own positive supply voltage.  You can solve the problem (the data sheet
has this info) by using the pot to control a op amp that produced the
correct (in my case +15v) output.

Can I connect a MCP41010 PA0 terminal in 8vcc and PB0 terminal in -8vcc and 
control this range? I tried to do this, but did not work...
Only works if a connect PB0 terminal in the gnd.

I did not find nothing like this in the datasheet.
