No!  Definitely make sure each twisted pair in the cable has both
differential lines.  Do NOT use one pair for D+ and the other for D-.  Use
two pairs of D+/D- instead if you must.

Of course this is not to detract from my previous statement that doubling up
the signal lines is not a good idea in the first place.
