Thanks for the tips guys. I've started using NetSetMan
(http://www.netsetman.com) as it was one of the few that mentioned
Win7 compatibility. I once used NetProfiles in the past. The author
has open sourced it (very cool) but unfortunately got rid of all the
web pages that describe it. Plus there appears to be some issue with
x64.

IPSwitcher was another one I looked at, but it seems almost identical
to NetSetMan (even the UI is very similar).

Anyway, we'll see how it all holds up.
