In SX Microcontrollers, SX/B Compiler and SX-Key Tool, JonnyMac wrote: You're in luck: http://forums.parallax.com/forums/default.aspx?f=25&m=381278 I use both devices every day and am happy to do it. It is nice to have the horsepower of the Propeller. For my N&V column I'm doing a DMX project that is child's play with the Propeller; with the SX it is doable (I've done it) but with limits (e.g., not enough RAM to buffer the entire stream) and a lot more programming effort dealing with 250K baud serial data. I agree that the SX is not going to go away any time soon but, especially with Parallax's push, the Propeller is going to get more attention. Give it a try -- it's fun. ---------- End of Message ---------- You can view the post on-line at: http://forums.parallax.com/forums/default.aspx?f=7&p=1&m=382795#m382809 Need assistance?
