I found that their low discharge NiMH could not hold charge as claimed, they performed worse than the normal NiMH. Bad batches can happen but what is disappointing is the All-Battery RMA. While I got almost immediate response regarding sale, they chose to totally ignore RMA requests and for months. I only got a response when I started to submit reviews on Amazon. They just sent replacement, without explanation, I am yet to test out their new cells. I still got 2 unanswered RMAs, one was for a wrong delivery.
