The transmitter uses Kapton film  that is gold plated.  It is custom  
built.
The receiver design is being attempted from several angles.
             My NDA does not let me say how.  I am aware of some of  
the physical problems.  Maybe not all of them.
             Thus i cannot say what frequency to rate them at.
