Interesting thread. Prior to seeing this though, I went ahead and ordered the Saleae, primarily because of the small size (portability is a big plus for me). And I don't regret the decision, as it's been very easy to setup and use. Wish it worked with Win2k, but no biggie, as I finally convinced myself to move to WinXP. I like that they provide an SDK so I can create my own protocol analyzers, and I'll play with that in the future.
