Why does it need to be anywhere in particular?  I'm in Massachusetts but I
routinely have my prototype PC boards done by Gold Phoenix in China.  I send
the files over internet, pay via PayPal, and the boards show up within 1 1/2
weeks at my office, all for $109 for 100 square inches electrically tested.
I don't know what could be easier.  The fact that they are physically
manufactured half way around the world is irrelevant and totally tranparent
to me.
