Roger, Silicon Chip magazine normally has a couple of ads for PCB manufacturers. Unfortunately I don't have a copy of the magazine with me at work - if you are interested I can hunt down the magazine at home tonight. If I recall some of the overseas companies that take orders from Australia advertise as well. Can't comment on them (haven't used them).
