There's usually a 'summer' dip (well, summer for North America) when
students are out of school, and evenings are warm and sunny, so people
spend more time away from their computers.

They get very busy near the end of August preparing for school (either
because they are in school or their kids are) and by the end of
september the pace picks back up to 'normal' levels.
