In my experiance MOST BS1363 to IEC leads are only made with 6A flex 
(watch out, the ratings printed on the connectors are the ratings of the 
connectors NOT the rating of the entire assembly). You can get ones 
rated to the full 10A of the IEC connector but they are the exception 
not the rule.
