You're question is too vague such that there are too many possible answers to make it worthwhile picking one. In general you can use PWM output to make a square wave of a selected frequency. You can also use a PWM output at much higher frequency, then filter it to create a analog signal proportional to the PWM duty cycle. Perhaps my HAL example project might be of some use, although it's really ancient at this point. My development environment has come a long way since that was written.
