The admins should set up a pair of email addresses, one subscribed
normally and one subscribed in digest mode, to help debug issues.

I can't help you there. I read and write email with an ordinary text editor
(Emacs), so I can put everything where it needs to be. All I can tell you
is that all of the information is available in the digest. Here's a snip of
that particular entire message, as it appears in the digest:
