Yeah, I'd go "the cheaper the better" especially on netbooks.

Most of them (<200EUR) have 160GB HD, 1024x600 9" LCD, 1GB RAM, N270 or 
N280 CPU, WiFi, 3 USB, 6hours battery , XP. Good enough for what you 
want to do... and me too :)
