Have you piloted any other aircraft?

I hate to be a naysayer, but frankly your ideas do not seem feasible. Unlike 
with a land vehicle, weight would be a big problem for an autogyro. You add 
more weight, you need a bigger engine (which again adds weight) and you 
reduce the climb rate and maneuverability.

My advice would be to spend your money on good training, to help prevent 
accidents from happening in the first place.
