Probably should have said the C18 compiler. Yea, I found it kind of 
strange that MPLAB was current version that came out not too long ago. 
The package came from Mouser. :) I haven't installed PICKIT software 
yet. Have been busy designing a board to handle the IR remotes for TV,  
Dish, etc.
