My SX28 doesn't "boot" and start the code that i've programmed via the editor IDE.  It just sits there.  Currently its running on a SX tech board.

 

The device settings are:

    DEVICE   SX28, OSC4MHZ, TURBO, STACKX, OPTIONX
    FREQ   4_000_000


I want to run it a 4mhz using the internal osc.  I don't need a crystal in it for this I assume?
