Hi Pablo,

It's real easy if you are good with magnetics. Here's a design I did
with the UC3843 and SEPIC topology which is ideal when the input and
output are similar voltages. You will of course need to remove the +5V
section and modify the turn-on section and scale the whole thing up to
your voltage and current, but the basic schematic can remain the same:
