Well, let's say the offender weighs 80kg = 80,000 g = 0.08 Mg.
Your average duck weighs, let's say, 3.5kg = 3500 g.

And clearly, 3500g > .08 mg (= 0.00008 g), so the person is indeed
lighter than a duck, and thus A WITCH!!!
