Question: how did he get the toner to stick to the parts of the board where there was NO COPPER (for the silkscreen)? I was told that toner adheres to copper and is very difficult to get it to stick to the board underneath the copper. Anyway, I'm going to buy the thinner PCB available at my local electronics surplus dealer.
