Nowhere. It is not used. Perhaps it has been used in a previous version in =

combination with D6 to get 3 states on the MCLR pin - Open, 0V and Vpp. Now =

only D6 is used to get 2 states - 0V and Vpp. Make sure to get the correct =

software.
