So, this is common on digikey worldwide? 65Euro is about CAD $100 (and close enough to US$100). That's good for any of my orders. I am just curious why they didn't offer this free shipping to US customers. Or I just didn't pay enough attention to find it.

I do not know digikey.ca but digikey.ie has a free shipping here in Ireland
over 65 EUR -- I guess that was around 100 USD by the time they introduced.
