Ok, so I got caught by a page boundry that I was unaware of!  Use of the @ with a jmp made sure that page boundries were correctly crossed. Bean tells me that SXB always uses @ with jmps to avoid that problem and if I am going to use ASM within the SXB, I need to do the same.  Valuable lesson! Thanks again Bean.
