Can't say that I do, but Eagle does have an "export netlist" capability from the schematic editor, AND it has the "User Programming Language" capability is that is pretty powerful and makes it something of "a natural" for generating output files in weird formats. It'll depend on what the layout package you want to use is capable of reading (and how well that is documented)...
