yeah, thank you Richard

I'm going 250KB right now with a "not-proper" topology and some 300mt of 
cable (CAT.5), using MAX485 drivers (>32 so I'm already violating specs).

I guess that out there people is using 9600baud or so for simple 
(switches, dimmers, etc) domotic uses.
