Okay, I get it that evaluation version is the version being sold, but it would loose selective optimisations after 60 days. I see a new link "Special free versions for academic use are available here. " (unwieldy url) which links to another page offering the academic version to download. Anyone know what are the differences between the two? It is not apparent. I don't want to download the files, and then decipher the release notes for each. For my non-commercial use, I think that I can continue to use the evaluation version past 60 days. I want to tinker around with the speech libraries, so the less crippled the better. -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
