In general I ignore requests that don't offer relocation or remote/contract work. The job description appears to be fairly low level - someone with a little bit of experience (3-5 years) in a narrow field seems to match. My expectation, therefore, is you're probably not looking for an experienced to very experienced (read: expensive) embedded systems engineer.
