Since I've just started my pilot training, I thought I'd ask if anyone could provide more information on what it was all about. Is it known how much the user fees will be? City of Phoenix recently added a user fee, but it is only $1 per takeoff, and only for "business" (i.e., stuff that makes money -- like pilot training) flights.
