I don't think the MOSFET will be a big issue, according to the device spec., the voltage drops is minor compare with the voltage drop on diodes. The issue maybe a out of tolerance resistor on ADC sample circuits:R13 and R26 (on PICKit 2 schematic). Funny N. When you request 5.0 V you have 4.45 V on the device. This is due to the poor design: the generated voltage comes from USB 5V, then passes through a regulating mosfet that cannot saturate, then passes through a switching mosfet, and finally a shottky diode. If you request 3.3 V you have 3.15 V on the device; that's better because the first mosfet may regulate correctly.
