Unfortunately 'mail' doesn't come with rules in that sense; not at least
AFAIK.  No doubt I'll now get berated for admitting to using such a program
in this day and age though.  That said, the number of people on this list
that look like they're still using MS VC 5 and Windows '98, so I think I'm in
good company for antiquated software :)

I use a quick regex to skip to the subject lines in the digest to skim over
to what I want.  I've never felt the urge to reply to all messages though,
but maybe you have some sort of OCD I don't know about...:)  Although
admittedly I used to sit and read every post - well, I did for the first two
piclists I received until I got wise anyway !
