The false positive is only 1 or 2 a month while a false negative is like a 1 or 2 in a week. Last week I was even thinking about why spammers not giving it up as it is absolutely pointless to send anything to Gmail accounts. Why I am telling this is because Gmail has a business account as well with custom domain and it might be a consideration just because of that spam filter.
