I already made all of this except for the logic analyzer (ability to
view and change unit names, ability to control voltages and polarities
of pins as well as read from pins, and ability to use the UART).
Solarwind a while ago asked me to send him a copy indicating he might
put together a GUI frontend, but I haven't heard anything about that
since. My code right now is a library plus a handful of command-line
utilities. If anyone wants to turn it into something more polished,
they're welcome to the code :)
