Hello, I'm porting one application I've developed using a PIC18 and an = RTL8019AS to a new platform. This new platform uses a dsPIC (right now, a dsPIC33FJ12MC202) and = an ENC28J60. I'm studying Microchip's TCPIP stack and I'm founding it overly = complex for this task. I just need basic Ethernet protocols (ARP, = PING/ICMP) and UDP for data transmission/reception. I've done this with = minimal code using the RTL8019. Microchip's ENC28J60.c seens to have all the functions I need for = basic acess. ARP, ICMP, UDP etc I can implement on my own way (simple, = direct to the point and fast routines) but it uses a lot of snippets = that's on another files and I'll have a big job sorting what I need and = what I don't. Someone here have already done this? Using just ENC28J60.c (and = ENC28J60.h) and the necessary supporting code from other files? Any alternatives? I would preffer not to reinvent the wheel. If you = already have done something I can use but preffer not to give it free, = we can negotiate the rights to use it.
