Nevermind, figured out what multi drop is. When I meant make a PCB in the style of a "switch", I meant that all it's supposed to do is simply connect the ends of the CAT3 or CAT5 cable together. It does nothing else with the signals. It's just a bunch of connectors all wired up together.
