I'm trying to locate a replacement IC for a board.

It's a small 8 pin smd device  ..  fairly clearly marked MNAJ   S14B.

Trouble is, that even with all the variations I can think of  ...  I cant 
get any results via any search engines for the part.

It drives a transistor connected to a small invertor transformer, to provide 
5 volts for a small control pcb.

Wondering if it sounds familiar to anybody please?
