I have just made this way to by-pass this troublemaker:
1) http://download.novell.com/index.jsp
2) Keywords "The OpenOffice.org OpenXML Translator" -> Search
3) or http://download.novell.com/Download?buildid=OabXVm-plcA~

I hope this will help someone else :)
