HI All

I am looking for a circuit or an IC to automatically control the 
continuous charging of a car / truck lead acid battery.

Silicon chip magazine in August 1992 published a SLA charger designed 
for batteries up to 15AH.

Am I correct in that I could take this as the base for charging a normal 
lead acid battery or do they require a different charge cycle?
