Where are you located?, Willing to relocate? The only thing here in Northern Ohio is http://www.inservco.com/ I'm not in the business, but know they were busy and have expanded in recent time. They do board assembly mainly for the medical, but others, and handle testing and repairs on many of the boards for the client. From what I hear they treat their employees vary good.
