I have a similar problem. I found a cable today at Wal-Mart but it is 3 feet long. It is likely that this much cable will have cross talk in this application. I intend to cut a chunk out of it and assure the correct wiring with the splice. I paid about $3.50 for it. Nothing on the package said RJ11 or RJ12. It is intended as an extension cable for a three line telephone cable.
