How did you align the two sides so perfectly?

What I do is: Use a hole near each corner, if there isn't one from the 
design, I add the necessary holes to both sides copper. After ironing on 
the first side, I drill out those holes through in the normal fashion. 
Then using a straight pin at each hole, poke through the 2nd side paper 
and use pins to align the paper and iron enough to get the paper stuck 
to the board on the 2nd side, remove the pins and finish ironing.
